Over the last couple of months, we've done a lot of work on various aspects of DT Register. Then some other issues came into play that were caused by other sources, but adjustments and improvements were made to move forward. We have now made available to you version 2.7.13 of DT Register. ALL USERS SHOULD UPDATE! From editor issues, to fee calculations, to user panel issues... there are many important items here that you need to get applied to your site. PLUS, testing is showing that this release works also in the new Joomla 2.5! Please see the details below...

• Added new confirmation options for fields in group registration where a field can be restricted to only show if it meets requirements of a set minimum and/or maximum group size which can be set now for each field.
• Fixed recent issues seen in Configuration and Events management where saving would not work and sometimes the WYSIWYG editor would not show saved data or allow to edit existing data. This was NOT a DT Register bug, but was a problem with the Joomla tabs script when used together with the text editor. This has been a rare issue, mostly seen in Safari on a Mac or with poor editors. However, with recent browser updates and Joomla updates, the issue has become more widespread and affecting lots of users. This same issue will happen for you in any other Joomla extension that uses the core Joomla tabs script with the editor together. We have now loaded a different tabs script to use instead and this issue is now addressed.
• Fixed issue with PayPal payments as some sites were experiencing some random inconsistencies with PayPal IPN successfully completing the registration. We believe we have tracked down the source of this so it should work just fine, as long as your setup is correct to begin with.
• Fixed issues with price calculations in the frontend User Panel, mainly seen when editing group registrations.
• Fixed issues with price calculations during frontend group registrations and some other scenarios.
• Fixed issue in CSV Export where previously selected fields were not being saved and then auto-checked for the next time you run the export.
• Fixed issue in CSV Export so now the unique confirmation number for each group member shows properly in the export.
• Fixed a javascript issue in Date fields that was experienced on some sites.
• Fixed issue in frontend event management where the owner/moderator was not properly being designated as the user that created the event.
• Fixed the [ALL_FIELDS] email tag so it now can also be used inside of the {GROUP_MEMBER} tag.
• Fixed backend manual registration so the amount was properly calculated for the new record and also calculates the Discount Code for that new record.
• Fixed backend manual group registration so confirmation numbers are properly assigned to each member in the group.
• Fixed issue where minimum partial payment could be ignored... the user could change the amount to $0 and register for free.
• Other miscellaneous fixes / tweaks included.

** Joomla! 2.5 is now here! **

Today, Joomla 2.5 is officially released as general availability! DT Register has been tested through the RC packages and is looking good! You can upgrade your site from 1.7 to 2.5 very easily. See this doc for instructions:

** NEW ICS IMPORT PLUGIN **

In case you missed it, last month we launched a new paid plugin for DT Register! With this plugin enabled, your backend event management toolbar will have an added button for "Import". You can manually import events from outside calendars into DT Register. Supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Mac's iCal. Also, with Google Calendar, you can setup dynamic ICS imports using cron jobs. You must have DT Register 2.7.12 or later. Works with Joomla 1.5 / 1.7 / 2.5. Where can I download these updates??

Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates. After downloading the update, be sure to follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file.
