As we wrap up this year of 2011, we have a couple of items to give to you. Yes, the season of giving continues! DT Register 2.7.12 is now available which contains some important bug fixes, a new payment gateway, and a few miscellaneous improvements as well. Also, we have a new DT Reg plugin available that we are excited about. Read the entire announcement so you don't miss any of the excitement!
- Added a new payment gateway QBMS, which is Quickbooks Merchant Services! This is another option that allows for payments directly within your website.
- Added a new config parameter for Maximum Number of Events in the Cart. We had previously added a minimum, now you can set a maximum to restrict how many events someone is allowed to register for in one transaction.
- Added a new feature so form fields will auto-populate data from the CART when the user is not logged in!! When logged in, the existing profile auto-population will overrule the cart data.
- Added a new ICS Import plugin. See below!
- Enhanced the pay options setup so now all of the gateways are listed with checkboxes in the setup area. Easier to manage than the old multi-select listing. Also, when you check the box, you see the parameters for that gateway. No longer do you have to see all of the setup parameters for other gateways that you do not use. Just making your life easier.
- Updated the Google Maps integration to the new V3 version. This means the API key is no longer needed and it will also work better in sites that use secure https access to DT Register pages.
- Updated the Upcoming Events Module (Joomla 1.6/1.7 version) to address some template issues.
- Fixed the BACK button problem on the confirmation page that was proceeding with registration instead of actually going back.
- Fixed field fee calculations in group registrations to make sure fees or discounts added to a member are applied ONLY to that member and not the entire group.
- Fixed the User Panel issues where sometimes incorrect messages were displayed about event capacity, keeping you from making payments, cancellations, etc.
- Fixed the editing of records that used the Offline Credit Card payment option to make sure credit card info was properly saved.
- Fixed issue with display of names in the frontend attendee list.
- Fixed some miscellaneous issues with selection limits in field values display.
- Fixed issue with manual event ordering not saving correctly.
- Fixed a PHP warning within the CSV export process.
- Fixed a java error seen in IE in Joomla 1.5.
- Other miscellaneous fixes / tweaks included.
