Ah...good point!

We have made a modification on andybon's site. Monitoring to see if it resolves the problem. If so, we'll update the package with this fix. Difficult issue to track down... hard to replicate and is actually only happening on a very small number of sites it seems. Anyway... stay tuned.

Well - Good news so far.. I've had about 17 registrations since the DTH tweak and 100% success rate... I will keep my fingers crossed - My site activity slows over the weekend so I'd like to give this until Tuesday to confirm it's all ok - but certainly looking good at this point.....

UPDATE: Another 6 registrations so far Fri eve and up to now, Saturday - All 100% WORKING Looking Good, Looking Good...

Any update on a 2.7.2d patch?

I have 2.7.2c from Jan. 20, 2011 and just got two blank registrations via the "DT Register >> Records" menu item from w/in the past three days.

bubberz - the package version number was changed, but we did update it yesterday with this one fix. Seems it has solved the problem thus far as andybon's registrations are all good since we applied the fix on his site.
