TOPIC: [SOLVED] Receiving Empty Registrations!

BAM...that was it...thanks a ton!

So far, so good.... Don't want to speak too soon - but I've had about 20 registrations since upgrading to 2.7.2c and ALL of them worked.... This may well be fixed up... will confirm here after a bit more time elapses - but looking good, looking good....

Oh no - Just had my first empty registration - So even with 2.7.2c the problem REMAINS.

DTAdmin - You can see the record in the back-end of the system with today's date - It comes in with Name and Email but nothing else - No event - None of the data the user entered....

So here I go again "Dear xyz, I'm sorry but can you tell me which event you just registered for and try again because it screwed up but probably won't next time you try!!!!!"

Here's today's pretty story so far and it's only lunchtime here!

9 Successful Registrations
1 totally blank Registration (no idea who from or what for!) :shock:
4 No Name or Email Registrations - just the event captured!
5 No Event captured - just the name and email!

Oh yes and a client who says he's not using my site for his next registration season......

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! (DT Admin - If you get time to look at this all these blank records and most of those from the days before (I've begun tidying them up now) are in the back-end Records to see.....

Are you using CAPTCHA?

I was almost wondering about using CAPTHCA to possibly help.

Thanks for the suggestion Bubberz - I don't use Captcha - but it's not spam that's the problem - If it were spam I'd still get the info in those fields that are supposed to be compulsory (eg Event and E-mail!).
