I am having the same problem as well. Many incomplete records exists, yet they are listed as paid. Some records have blank event name.

Just reporting in this is still plaguing my site and testing the patience of my clients and website users.

It remains seemingly very random - Where it fails I've been asking them to try again - For some it works second time, for some it doesn't. People who get it to work second time report doing nothing different and using same machine....

Experiencing similar issue here.
One thing I noticed... after a person click the registration link if the event fee (course fee, etc.) does not show (does not populate) then the registration attempt fails and you often end up with a "blank" registration in the records with limited info.

If, however, the fee populates then the process seems to work OK.

If, when the person clicks the registration link and fills out the first screen then clicks next and it goes to the page to confirm info, if the info is not populated (doesn't show) then the whole registration process fails - although you may get a "blank" registration with limited info. If you click the back button you get a server error.

I have tried updated DT Register. This last time I completely uninstalled all DT Register items AND I dropped all DT Register tables from the Joomla (hosted on GoDaddy) database. I then installed the latest and ran a test even and some could register and others had the above mentioned problems.

This problem has persisted for a number of updates now and makes the component not reliable. Devs NEED to determine what is going on and correct this otherwise DT Register is not usable.

I hope a fix is found soon.

Wow...
not optimistic. I haven't experiences this during my testing.
Are your events still public?

I was hoping to make the auto user creation, but can't risk so much, cause the average cost of my event about 2000$ dollars and if the client will not be recognized it's disaster for us

By the way. Are you using paypal gate? It should be one more record in your paypal account with the customer name and transaction ID...

Admin.
Can you please pay more attention on this topic and give us the comment, because it look very serious.

I've noticed a slight delay in the event fee "populating" on the confirmation page. Makes sense that a registration would fail if a user/customer 'submit'ted the page before it was finished gathering/incorporating data from all its sources.

Perhaps a clean and simple fix would be to have the confirmation button greyed out until the fee pops up on the confirmation page.
