DTH Development proudly unveils DT Register 3.0.0 for Joomla 3.0.

There were several database changes required but we completed testing and have now published the new version of DT Register for Joomla 3.0.    This update contains a number of fixes and enhancements to DT Register as well as updates about uur latest release of DT Donate.

The 3.0.x of DT Register is for Joomla 3.0.   As before, the 2.8.x series is for Joomla 1.7/2.5 only and has been updated to 2.8.4. The 1.5 version has been updated to 2.7.21 in this new package update containing a couple small fixes.  Version 2.8.x and beyond leaves Joomla 1.5 behind.  Since the last 2.8.3 release, here is what we have done for you:

FEATURES & FIXES IN 3.0 Version:

• Fixed issues with Event Search Module where multiple search criteria being entered did not display the correct events.
• Added support to select multiple categories for an event.   Now when you create an event you can assign it to more than one Joomla category.

FEATURES & FIXES in 2.5 Version:

• Fixed issue with Cron errors.   There were several different error messages affecting customers who were using automated email reminders.
• Fixed issue CSV Export.

FEATURES & FIXES in 1.5 Version:

• Fixed issue with group registration.

** BRAND NEW VERSION OF DT Donate **

We have released version 2.3.2 of DT Donate and it has been enhanced to support numbers in field names in Joomla 2.5.  Also DT Donate for Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5 were enhanced to support AUTH SIM using Authorize.net.  When using SIM with Authorize.net the user will be redirected to an external secure page from Authorize.net to collect the payment rather than processing the payment within your website.  This option was already available in all versions of DT Register and we decided to make it consistent by adding it into DT Donate.   Finally USA ePAY gateway has been added to 2.5 supporting card and eCheck transactions. Along with these enhancements we have addressed the following:

• Fixed issue with recurring payments to Authorize.net showing a blank screen for Joomla 2.5
• Fixed issue with blank screen showing on Paypal donations for Joomla 2.5.
• Fixed issue with captcha not working with some Windows browsers.

What is the Status for Joomla 1.5?

Now that we have released DT Register 3.0.0 many of you are probably asking what will happen with support for Joomla 1.5.   At this point we are only doing bug fixes for Joomla 1.5   We anticipate dropping support next year for that version.

Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates. After downloading the update, be sure to follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file.
