While we anticipated having version 2.7 done by now, it is still in final testing. We are getting very close and will be released in October for sure, but in the meantime, we wanted to update the current package to include a number of bug fixes that have been resolved. We've updated the 2.6.8 package a few times, but here is an official bug release with a few items included that even the last 2.6.8 package (2.6.8f) did not include.
BUG FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS SINCE 2.6.8:
- Updated the JomSocial Activity plugin to version 1.1. DT Register is now officially tested with the latest 1.8 version of JomSocial. Records plugin doesn't need updated.
- Fixed the blank JomSocial avatar issue when new users were created with the auto-user creation feature.
- Updated the SSL plugin to version 1.5. Includes a fix where the category listing pages are NOT secure so there is no issue with Google Maps API. Also, there is a new parameter where you can list other components in your site that you do not want this plugin to intefere with. Example... if you have Virtuemart setup to use https, you can now name com_virtuemart in our SSL plugin and it will no longer force Virtuemart back to a non-secure url.
- Fixed issue where you could not save a custom field as "Default" within the event.
- Fixed issue where some prices were rounded up before being sent to the payment gateway. This was happening when comma is used as the currency separator.
- Fixed the frontend user panel Cancel icon to no longer load from the /administrator directory. This caused problems for users that have added security logins on their admin urls.
- Fixed issue in registration and user panel with selection limits in a group registration situation. Now if member 1 causes a limit to be reached, member 2 will no longer be able to select that same option.
- Fixed issue where some group registrations showed an incorrect number of members.
- Fixed Google Checkout onscreen redirect message.
- Fixed issue where checking "All Events" in a custom field was not properly enabling the field for currently active events.
- For people still using the Joomla 1.0 version of DT Register... we have updating the EventLink mambot to version 1.8 to resolve a bug there.
- Other miscellaneous fixes...

Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates. After downloading the update, be sure to follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file.
