TOPIC: Empty and Missing Registration Records

I've looked into my particular email issue and that is more of a local problem with the new email server that was implemented recently, so I think there shouldn't be any problem mailing.

I am using DT register 2.5.2a and using authorize.net to process my transactions. I have the same problem where random records are missing from the Registration Records. We do receive the emails and confirmation of payment.

Take a look at some of previous posts on the second page of this thread related to the use of non-default database prefixes and the MySQLi database driver, plus a line that had been commented out in the code and see if any of those are related to your problem.

I finally got a reply back from the developer about the MySQLi issue and received the following response:
"We have made the necessary modifications so MySQLi will be supported. The next release of DT Register will include these changes."

I don't know when that release will be available, but for now I'd take a look at my posts to see if they don't provide you with any helpful clues.

Thank you for the solution you posted on the forum.
I recently updated to the latest dtregister and started getting the same problems of no registration records. I implemented the solution to change few codes in the dtregister.php and I finally got a registration record. But it shows as an unpaid transation even though it is a paid transation. I have to manually click on the record to update its status. Once this is done then the registrant gets an email but this email does not show the event for which they registered nor does it show the confirmation code. I still don't get email notification of having a a registrant.
Is there anything else I can do to get dtregister to work normally? I use paypal and my ipn is set right.

I am having issues, createing lots of Blank records whenever user clicks for Paypal payment.

I am using Joomla 1.5.9, Jevent 1.5.1 and Dt Register 2.5.4.

I am seeing empty values in paypal_session table.

Please can any one help to resolve the issues.
