TOPIC: [SOLVED] URGENT! Real Payment - NO record!!!

Would you please change the version letter when you make a change? For your information, the current DT Register file downloaded is dated 1/21 and not 1/23. I do not think you have the updated version downloadable. Please fix and change the name to 2.7.2d.

I upgraded on the 20th to 2.7.2c and have missed 40 registrations that we are now adding by hand. I just downloaded 2.7.2c again re-installed and tested it with PayPal. It still did not record the registration.

So I uninstalled 2.7.2c and downgraded to 2.7.2a. Now I an getting the new registrations.

I have the latest 2.7.2c build! Joomla 1.5.22

I can tell you how to create as many clones as you want.
Click GROUP REGISTRATION then using browser Go back one page select individual and you will have as many clones as many times you changes you mind jumping from group type to individual type. (AND IT CAN HAPPEN BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CONTROL THE USER BEHAVIOR).

Don't think I'm so stupid not to understand whether I'm registering to one event or multiple. I know that DT_EVENT_PAYMENT_DESCRIPTION appears when you using the cart (I’m here with you since the first beta release as you may have noticed). Right now I'm not using the cart at all! I have it disabled. I'm trying to make the registration only for ONE (repeat again - ONE!) event.
Records problem persists! Even if I’m making the registration process without prior jumping from the individual/group registration type I have the name of event displayed correctly on the paypal page, but no record is created and no confirmation Email sent!!!

Please, fix it!

I am running into the same issues.

1) User enters all information - DT Reg redirects to PayPal
2) PayPal gladly accepts payment.
3) click to redirect back to site
4) Site shows thank you message - success

BUT -
- No emails are sent to users or admins
- No record is record in the records list -

So according to DT Reg the user never registered...
Using 2.7.2c

I have modified my PayPal to NOT autoreturn (which I don't understand but it recommended in the Payment page of DT Reg) - same thing.

I used the same PayPal account last year with the older 2.6.8 DT Reg and everything worked like a charm.

Just built new site with latest download (1/24). Also not getting emails or records. One event, individual registration allowed only, paypal and paylater setup.
