alliance - guess you didn't read my post just above yours... this issue was fixed in 2.7.2d, released TODAY. While you just downloaded it yesterday, that is no longer the latest package. Update and you'll be fine. Thanks.

Hello! I appreciate your quick fix!

But in the list of improvements I didn't see the answer to this question:

I can tell you how to create as many clones as you want.
Click GROUP REGISTRATION then using browser Go back one page select individual and you will have as many clones as many times you changes you mind jumping from group type to individual type. (AND IT CAN HAPPEN BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CONTROL THE USER BEHAVIOR)

Paylater gives you several thank you messages and several clones and paypal option gives you EVENT_DESCR... instead of ONE event you were registering for.

P.S.
Fortunately the clone records are not created in the backend even if the user can see several Thank You messages.

But the DT_EVENT_PAYMENT_DESCRIPTION instead of the event title appears on the paypal page => will be in the client invoice coming from paypal. It's not appropriate bug, and I request to make it fixed ASAP, because my clients won't enter their payment information if they won't see the event title they are registering for on the paypal page. In my tutorial it's clearly stated that ON THE PAYPAL PAGE YOU WILL SEE THE NAME OF THE EVENT!!!

I can't wait anymore and now it sounds like you are satisfied with the urgent fixes for a while which were addressed in 2.7.2d

P.S. I don't want to write a silly notification kind of "Please, don't click back using your browser buttons when selecting the type of the registration"

OH NO. Nightmare.

Seeing what was fixed in 2.7.2d prompted me to check my PayPal records.... 54 people paid and I'm TOTALLY oblivious to it until now - Nothing recorded on DT Reg, Nothing...

OK, so it may be fixed in 2.7.2d BUT this is a silent killer to those who don't know.... DT Admin I strongly suggest you e-mail as soon as possible EVERYONE of your Customers to warn them about this.... This has to be shouted from the roof-tops to minimise the damage and liability this is causing.

I'm rocked to the core with all this. I just hope (and feel to be honest) that we are at the end of all this and things can only get better from here on - but for now I have to start contacting all those people to ask for the huge amount of detail again that they entered into DT Reg and is now lost...... :shock:

I have recorded 2 records for one customer booking. First is correct, the second is mainly blank data.
I am attaching extract from DT Registration Records.
The booking(s) involved are for 'Ben Hutchinson' and are recorded as being 46 seconds apart.
I have contacted the customer and am advised he received 2 confirmation emails, one with correct info and one with blanks and zero cost.
He advises he is using a current Mac with current Safari. The sequence of input was he completed the booking, but because he elected to 'Pay Later' and found he had not written down the bank account details to transfer the money into our account, he pressed the 'back button' in order to see payment details.
This appears to cause a record to be generated. My guess is validation of fireld completion is done earlier and so blank field get past 'required entry' checking.
