We have officially released updates for both DT Register and DT Donate! These are mostly bug fix releases as we don't make you wait for the next big release to address issues like most other developers do... we get the fixes out right away. We always update any fixes to the package right away so many of you probably already have some of these fixes depending on when you downloaded the packages last. However, this is the official update so you can be sure to have fixes to any known issues. DT Donate 2.2.1 and DT Register 2.5.9 are both available to be downloaded in the My Orders area on our site if you have an active license. DT Register also has a cool new feature...
DT Register 2.5.9The new feature is the added custom field type of "Upload". You can now give upload fields where registrants can upload a file (or multiple files) during the registration process. For each field you create, you can customize the maximum file size, the accepted file types, and choose if you want the uploaded file(s) to be included as attachments to the admin notification emails. Very nice, huh? :) So what issues were fixed in this release? Good question:
- Detail Article selection was sometimes removed when editing your event
- Selection limits on custom fields were not being recognized for each member in a group registration. They were also not being recognized in backend manual registrations.
- Early Bird discounts were not being applied in backend manual registrations
- Custom field input fields being filled with unwanted default data
- Extra space removed in the date when displayed with the event name
- Confirmation page field labels for each member of a group registration were not pulling from the language file. They are now.
- Google maps was not always displaying some non-US addresses correctly
DT Donate 2.2.1
In this bug fix release, there were a handful of miscellaneous tweaks made, but the main two fixes are:
- Cancelling a payment at PayPal for a recurring donation resulted in a 404 error. Fixed.
- Some users were experiencing a fatal error from custom fields when trying to process their donation. This varied a bit due to configuration but has been resolved.
Where can I download these updates??
Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates.
