TOPIC: [SOLVED] Thanks Email tags not populating with data

I am having a lot of trouble with my thanks email. The tags for [GROUP_NAMES]and [GROUP_NUMBER] are not populating with any data any more and the tag [EVENT_DATE} is displaying the registration date instead of the date of the event. Can some please help me ASAP as my clients are getting the wrong information.

I am using Joomla 1.5.12
DT Register 2.5.4a
J Events 1.5.1

Hi I have updated my version to 2.5.5 but I am still having the same issues with TAGS, email errors and getting an extra blank registration for every registration submitted

I have posted a ticket with my log in details. Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am getting desperate.

Has anyone received support for their open tickets on this issue? I haven't had any response. If you were successful, can you share please?
