TOPIC: [SOLVED] Next Step not functioning - no confirmation page

HI,

I have an issue with 2.7.1d version. I enter all the details for the registrant and click on Next Step - but instead of proceeding to the confirmation page where the user can review details and proceed to the final registration - all I get is: "Your total Registration cost: "

The correct cost is displayed. The rest of the page is blank and you cannot proceed any further and the registration does not go through.

I am using Pay Later and have checked all the settings and config to make sure all seems in order. As far as I can see everything seems okay. This is a new problem that just appeared with this latest version.

Just when one issue was resolved another appears and yet again pushes back going live with the registration for an event. Getting frustrated. So close to being all ready when this happens.

Any thoughts, ideas, or others having the same problem??

I have the exact same problem, but I haven´t upgraded to the latest version yet.

Please fix this immediately! It´s a major setback! I can´t go live.

The same is happening to me as well. When hitting the Next Step button, there is a blank page, then there is a server error if you try to proceed. If you go back, there is a screen that says the event is full. I had this issue with 2.71c and upgrading to 2.7.1d did not help.

The problem is that the people registering are getting email with confirmation numbers so they think they have signed up for the event. None of their information is recorded in the record section.

The people that have reported this problem to me are those using Safari and I have reproduced the problem with IE8. I did all my testing with FireFox and never had this problem. Some have been able to register. I originally thought it might be a custom field problem but I have verified all my fields and they seem good. Configurations seem OK as well.

We are currently on hold waiting for a fix.

Taking into consideration that with version 2.7.1d we are talking about 13th version of 2.7, for me this is a regression that should not happen at all and this is very very frustrating while there are a lot of other functional issues that are still not fixed.

I have a lock up after entering registration details. I thought it was caused by using discounts as I don't get the problem when there is no discount. See my post titled "Registration process locks up when Discount Code field used ".
Dont get as far as payment, although we are set up to only accept 'Pay Later' payments. May be related to this issue.
We have installed 2.7.1d, but have had the problem since 2.6.x

I am now getting this same error... *sigh*
