Guys, update to the new 2.7.2. If you have the latest build and all of your setup is correct, there is no known reason why you'd have an issue like this anymore. If you do, it is most likely caused by something else in your site. Anyway, update, then if you have an issue still, submit a ticket with plenty of details.

It continues in 2.7.2 for me just as described above and in the ticket.

This was my fear, and the reason why we are staying with 2.6. We have one big registration event (which we are currently in the midst of) and several minor ones over the year. 2.6 is working for us with minimal difficulties and satisfies all our needs. 2.7 will be definitely better and we will be able to get more sophisticated in our registration process, when these issues are resolved. However, now that things are running smoothly, we cannot risk upgrading.

If this is something specific to our website, (basic, shared hosting), perhaps the component has become too complex to be run in such a situation. We can accept that and stay with the previous version. We are a non-profit program, trying to save money, which is why we have stayed with DT Register for over 2 years and overall have been successful. We have been able to avoid the fees associated with some of the other commercial registration services charge (i.e. E-teams).

Perhaps when our event is over, this issue will be resolved and we will be able to use 2.7 for our next event.

I have had the same issue. Everything was working fine until I uninstalled JEvents after migrating 2.6 records. This also caused a number of other issues as well.

Anyone with any news on whether the 2.7.2b update has resolved the blank page issue. At present I am currently sticking with the 2.7.2 version and using the radio button work around. At least it is working at present using this set up. Don't want to risk updating only to find further issues. However, if others find the problem is solved then I might look at updating.
