TOPIC: [SOLVED] Next Step not functioning - no confirmation page

Version 2.7.2b does not fix the issue. It all stem from having to many conditional options. I needed 5 new fields to drop in, which the do, but getting to the confirmation page causes it to go blank. If I turn off all the fields that are conditional, it works fine. Also the current download states 2.7.2b in the install component list but the control panel of DTRegister states 2.7.2a. Not sure which version it really is.

Decided to risk the update to 2.7.2c to see if it solved my issues with the registration not proceeding.

Pleased to report that having set the registration back to drop down menus the registration did proceed to the finish successfully. Have done a few test registrations and all seems to be working smoothly - individual and group worked, confirmation email sent, correct records saved, CSV export correct.

Will do a few more tests with different variations of the registration before confirming that my problem is finally resolved but it is looking good so far.

Finally look like having the registation ready to go live - hurray.

I hope that others with a similar problem also find success with the 2.7.2c update.

If it works as it should then I will be finally very happy and satisfied as the DT Reg does exactly what I need it to.

As reported by europeiteams, 2.7.2c seems to have resolved the missing confirmation page issue on sites we've checked. The 2.7.2c package was also updated on 1/23 with a fix for a sessions based issue.

I had the same problem. Upgraded to 2.7.2c and now the blank page is gone. Looks like it's working, but when I register a person, no records are being stored in the system nor confirmation (thanks) e-mails are being sent.

So, the solution that I found was to downgrade to 2.6 and install again jEvents.
