PayPal sent out an email stating that IPN postbacks must use HTTPS by September 2016. Is this an issue for DT Register development?

It appears that DTRegister version 3.1.7 implements the Paypal IPN changes...

Nathan, is the solution to turn on the SSL plug-in or has there been a solution implemented in DT Register that solves the PayPal requirement (without turning on the SSL plug-in)? Thanks.
