The solution is a code change... and in some cases may need a hosting update. Most will be fine with hosting as-is. The change has nothing to do with SSL certificates being used on your website... so nothing to do with our SSL plugin. You still do not have to have a SSL certificate in place on your website to use standard PayPal.
