I cant see the records on the back-end. I dont have an error when I get to the page, but when I select the event that people have been registering for, I get the following error:
Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/hutton18/public_html/administrator/components/com_dtregister/views/user/tmpl/list_description.php on line 59

I have submitted a ticket and no response so far. Is the tech support available?

I'm having the same problem and my event is only 3 weeks away. Registration has been open for over a month now. Any suggestions!? I have even tried to register manually using the back or front end and no success. I do see changes in the database but not on the back or front end. Please HELP!

hidigitech - hello! If you can't see records on the backend, it is a settings issue in the DT Register permissions. Do the following:

- Go to DT Register -> Permissions and click "Sync Groups".
- Make sure your Super User group does NOT have "edit own items only" checked as this will limit you to only seeing records for events that your user is the named moderator of.
- Make sure you have permission checked for managing records.
- Make sure your user is assigned in Joomla only to the Super Users group... not also to any other user group. Being in multiple groups will cause permission conflicts.

Thanks!

nathan.dth - thanks for your reply! I have tried everything you wrote down and checked my user in Joomla settings. I was only in the super user group and had all the settings as specified by you. Still no luck :-( I’ve created new events to see if that helps and still no matter how many events I create I can’t see the records for any event. I have also installed the new version of DT Register and had no luck with that either. I’m using Joomla 3.0.3. Any other suggestions?

I really love all the features but have been highly disappointed by this problem. I’m looking for alternatives but I will love to stay with DT Register, so please help!

Please submit a ticket with access to your site so we can check it out. This is something specific to your site... not some general bug or we'd be hearing about it from others too. Thanks!
