TOPIC: [SOLVED] Custom field ordering is broken

Just to be certain the issue wasn't my own stupidity, I triple checked the documentation and it hasn't been updated since v2.7.

I thought that perhaps it was an issue with the isis admin template, so I changed to Hathor. Still no luck.

I very much need to get this working.
The absentee tech staff are going to cause lost customers very quickly

I am having the exact same issue and my event is only days away!!!
My field ordering is completely messed up.
Using Joomla 3.1.4 and DTRegister 3.04

Where is Product Support its just not happening on this product but I still like the product.

I did a change to /administrator/components/com_dtregister/controllers/field.php around line 423

$limit = 10;

and change
$limit = 40;

Seems to work for me,

that is not a choice for me - the only place with list and and a numeral was

line 723
$listLimit = $mainframe->getCfg( 'list_limit', 10 );

changing this to 40 did not cause any change

I would STILL LOVE the component if only I could get my fields ordered properly. But I'm forced to use another component to register for the events through my J3.1 site. It's not as full featured, but at least the fields are in the correct order.
