TOPIC: Finding quite a few bugs

I agree that DTR has some great functionality but at what time does it make sense to look for other solid solutions?

We have had tickets open since Dec. 2012 with no response. We have had to hire our own developers to fix issues to to satisfy client needs.

Loss of business due to issues with this solution, not only gives us a bad name but does not show well for DTR.

We are here to help like everyone else but need some type of response from DTR, good, bad or indifferent.

We do not have joomla user auto creation switched on, nor do we have overlapping event check switched on and yet still it says its a private event when its public and doesnt allow public people to register without logging in - please another solution!

Aha - there is a prerequisite category and event selector- if you select one of these it forces login! God this system is cryptic sometimes! Right hopefully thats me sorted....
