HI,

IPN is enabled - with domain name in the field( but as you say this doesn't matter as the url is given from dt register)

All correct permissions

I can access /compontent/com_dtregister/success.php - but gives me a error message, Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/e****h/public_html/components/com_dtregister/lib/payment/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/e****h/public_html/components/com_dtregister/controllers/payment.php on line 233

Thanks

Andy

That message tells me that the /components/com_dtregister/success.php file is NOT accessible by PayPal IPN. It's either due to permissions or another restriction. Do you have any extra security type items in your .htaccess file? Is the directory that contains your Joomla install set to 755 permission?

Joomla is in the root folder on the server, all folders are 755, files 644.

Even with .htaccess file renamed the same error happens.

Thanks

Something is blocking access to that file. You'll need to submit a ticket so we can take a look. If you could include FTP access that would be helpful.

we have the same issue, but not with paypal but with authorize.net. 99% records are ok, then one goes missing. dtregister_user table is populated with entry that has dtreg user_id, joomla user id (at least we can find who it is in joomla accounts) confirmation number, transaction_id, but event Id is 0, as well as dtregister_user_field_values are populated with completely empty values.. and user in his registration confirmation (message page) doesnt see event name . just one of the participants contacted us because confirmation message looked weird without any data (he also got an email) and that is how we found out this issue. approximately 1% of entries get lost like this, which is huge deal when organizing big events and participants come to event and nobody has a clue he's registered and only people with mysql access can check for such entries. maybe you can point a direction..
