I've upgraded to the new version 2.8.0. I am able to see attendee records in the frontend, but when I try to see a list of backend records, nothing is showing at all. Similarly, .csv exports are indicating no records in the backend.

So guidance, please?

Hello. There is no problem here other than not following the new upgrade instructions :)

Now in 2.8, you have a new permissions item to say if someone has access to records or not. Simply go to permissions... check the box to give Super Users access to Records AND Pay Options. Save.

All set :)

I'm sorry, however, even after adding those permissions to the SuperUser account, I'm still not able to access the records. I've checked both options, and saved, but to no avail.

Any more guidance, please?

I was able to add myself as a user, and now all is well.

Thanks for the help; it's very much appreciated.

I had to figure this one out on my own (after a near heart attack at seeing all my records disappear) Contrary to the above claim, the upgrade instructions in the "read me" file don't say anything about updating the "Permissions" to include Manage Records. Also make sure "Edit Own Event Only" is not checked, in the case where I, the Super User, am not the designated "owner" of all the events.

I also have this problem of not being able see backend records. I have set the permissions as indicated. But no luck.

I have created a new registrant from the backend - but the new registrant is not visible in the records. (Well - there are no records visible.).

The problem remains.
