This is really disappointing because I have the same issue and no one seems to respond to these threads. The amount and date both show blank. I have read through these posts and tried what was put forth, but no luck...it would be nice if the developers would respond.
First of all... tickets are the primary form of support.
Second, make sure you have the latest release which is 2.1.8a (for Joomla 1.5).
Things to try after making sure you have the latest build:
- files in /com_dtdonate are 644 permission and the directories all the way up to /httpdocs or /public_html are 755.
- IPN must be enabled in the PayPal account
- Auto return must be OFF in the PayPal account. If you are automaticaly being redirected back to joomla after paying, this is an issue. Disable the auto-return.
If you check all these things, have the latest build, but still have an issue... log a support ticket please. Thanks.
