TOPIC: Amount not showing up

Everything seems to work except when the person who donated money get s the thank you email, it says $0.00 in the dollar amount. I can't get the plug_dtdonate.zip to install, says cannot find xml. rt

Hello! Regarding the email issue, please submit a support ticket and include joomla admin login and FTP access. Regarding the plugin, it needs to be installed in the Community Builder component Plugins area. It is a CB plugin, NOT a Joomla plugin. Thanks!

I too am seeing this same issue, was this resolved and if so what do I need to do. 2.1.5 DT Donate Joomla 1.5.7

I submitted a test transaction today after install and I, too, have the same problem: 0.00 dollars shows up in the email. Has this ticket been answered and if so, could the ADMIN please post the response here so we can fix the problem?

**I ran another test and figured out the problem. When the user enters the donation amount and includes the dollar sign (ex. $5.00), it shows as 0.00. The user has to enter the amount without the dollar sign (ex. 5.00) for the component to work properly. I think this is kind of short-sided as many people will casually enter \"$\" before they type in the actual amount.**

Still waiting for some help, the support here seems to be very bad. I have submitted a ticket and as requested a LONG time ago and nobody has attempted to help me.
