TOPIC: track registrations of members even if they are'nt logged in

I'd like to track when members register for events, but we also allow non-members to register. This will let members slip through and register without being logged in and they do not get logged in their profile.

Maybe you can have the system check against emails and assign the registration to a member if the emails match? That way you do not have to force anyone to log in and the system can track member registrations.
