TOPIC: allow addition of default fields & a dropdown for states

allowing for reassigning some custom fields to be basic default fields in Configuration so they are automatically a part of every new event and reording of said fields would be great. and would like included before address, phone and email

Please may we have a dropdown for states, all the kids are doing it
