TOPIC: sponsor list

I'd like to see a meeting sponsor list. It'd be a way to enter in sponsors of your meetings in the Configuration page - pretty much like Locations. Later in each event, you can select which sponsors are attached to that meeting with checkboxes.

Later down the road it'd be cool to add sponsorship levels (Diamond, Gold, Platinum, Silver, etc) in the main config page for your association to attach to each sponsor.

Event config page would look like this:

sponsor 1: Pepsi | Level: Diamond<-- both dropdowns
sponsor 2: Coca-Cola | Level: Platinum

This is mainly to show these sponsors in the meeting archive.
