TOPIC: Add a cc field to email registrants

Hi - it would be wonderful if we had the ability to add one or more email addresses to the messages we send out with the email registrants function. For example, I would cc myself so that I know the message was sent correctly and had a copy for myself as well. Also, we may need to email info to people who are not registered for the event (such as the speaker for the event).
