TOPIC: Save CSV parameters

I'd like to be able to save CSV export parameters so that the export could be accomplished by just selecting the saved parameter file. If I could allow authorized event organizers execute (not edit) access the saved parameter files from the front end to get their download that would be a great convenience for them and me.
