TOPIC: Pay Later / Pay By Phone Payment Link

I would like to see a "Pay Now" link in the backend under registration records. When a client calls to make a credit card payment over the phone, the employee clicks on the specific registration record for the client and clicks the "Pay Now" button that sends the employee to the payment page on PayPal, the same way as it would if the client clicks the PayPal option during checkout.
