TOPIC: More robust "paid" information

It would be nice to have a more robust backend for entering info about payments (date received, form of payment, entered by). This can be done by exporting it and doing that management offline but I would rather keep track of it here.

\"Yes Mr. Jones, my records show you paid by check and it was received on the 17th.\"

vs.

\"Yes Mr. Jones, I have you marked as paid\"

I second this! There currently is no straight-forward way for an admin to lookup a registrant and see date of payment, and additional payment details for pay-later type of registrations.

Adding this type of functionality would be much appreciated!
