TOPIC: "Select a User" should be listed by real names!

Here is one I just discovered. I wanted to add someone to the list for an event. When I tried to choose her from the user list, they are all organized by username, which our members made up for themselves. I have no idea who is who. It would make much more sense for this to be listed by real name and in alphabetical order.

I also don\'t get a spot to add the person\'s email address on the form. When I save it, I get a message \"could not instantiate email function.\"
