TOPIC: Pre-populate admin email address

Most (in fact all) registrations on our website needs to be sent to the same Send New Registration Confirmation Emails To address. Is there a simple way to pre-populate the email address with the usual one at the point of setting up a new registration - it is really tedious to have to keep typing the same email address in each time and too easy to make a mistake.
