It should be possible for Admins to set \"event booking option\" to public/registered/special to force users to create a Joomla-Login.

Further Problem:
http://mysite.com/index.php?option=com_dtregister

=> The Event List is visible (Titel and short descr.)

When I click on an event link - than the Booking form ist directly coming up - I think it should be better to open the detail view of the event at first and then give a link to book it.

The Patch file to include a booking-link in events to the booking form is the same trouble - everyone can use it without registrating in Joomla system.

It´s absolutely important to force users to sign up in Joomla-System before they make a booking.

When they make a boóking a normal user thinks he has created an account - but that is not the case...:side:

And at last there should be the option to sort the Event-List Table View by Event/Date/Capacity/Registered increasing/decreasing...

There is not a manner of setting what type of user is allowed to register for each event. HOWEVER, you can:

1) Create your DT Register menu item and set that menu item to only show for logged in users just like you can do for any menu item.

2) JEvents allows you to designate an event as being seen by only registered users. Doing this will avoid people getting access to registration coming from the calendar.

So, what you want to do IS possible, although just different than you were expecting.

As an update to this post, DT Register supports the ability to have public or private events now. This was added a few versions ago. Private events still show on the list of events, but the user can\'t register. They instead are shown a message that you can customize telling them the event is private, directing them to your registration, or whatever else. :)
