I would like to see the ability to send a customized email confirmation for each event. We have both free and paid events that users can register for. It would be nice to give more specific information in the thank you email.
I agree, it should be completely customized, but even for the event. Every event should have a custom email capability. maybe the ability to choose from a drop down which custom email template to use.
The new 2.3 version has enhanced thank you email abilities. You can use various tags to insert data such as name, contact info, amount paid, etc. You can setup a default thank you email, then also create a unique email for each event if you would like.
