TOPIC: Group Registration

a) put a field for individual cost by each registrant in a group? So that we know who is a paid attendee and who is just registering a group of people?

b) modify the printout so that it doesn't look like someone registers twice? The person doing the registration for a group isn't necessarily even attending the event .
