TOPIC: Email Registrants from Frontend

I would like to give our event leaders (moderators) the ability to email their event registrants from the front end. They can do this from the backend but the backend interface is too confusing.

In the absence of a DTRegister menu item for emailing registrants from the frontend, is there some workaround that I could pursue? Thanks!
