TOPIC: Conditional Text Fields

Please add a conditional text field with the option of enabling case sensitivity or not.

Why: - to utilize it in sending codes to users that would enable additional fields to show. IE: Emailing a registration code to them that they would need to enter in in order for them to be able to register for the event or special items in the event.

How: Add a text field type to the conditional selection list in the field design screen.
When the designer selects that text field, they are presented with a text box to enter in a matching set of characters instead of a queried list of options. There will be a check box next to the text box asking if the selection should match against case or not.
This would allow for virtually any phrase to be put in there and for the designer to allow for a large amount of options based upon that entry.

Another feature to this that would be nice is an option to ignore white-space before and after - or that it just does that.
Thanks for the consideration - I love DT Register - this would definitely add to the overall functionality.
