TOPIC: Add field to locations

I would LOVE to see a text area field as an option in the locations, so that we can send out ONE email for each event, include the [LOCATION] tag and be done with it. As it is now, we have to include not only the tag but also any instruction or notes specific to each location for EVERY event. This would save us a ton of work and a lot of database space.

This already exists..

[LOCATION] - Event Location
[LOCATION_DETAILS] - Location details: address, phone, email, website

What I'm looking for is free form, not just an address, phone, email and website For example:

River's End Trading Co
975 International Blvd
Clarksville, TN 37040

River's End training site is across from the Beachhaven Winery located in Clarksville, Tennessee, just off I-24. We're easy to find! Just take Exit 4 off of I-24 and follow the signs to the winery. Our River's End training site is just across the street in the big parking lot.

If you're coming from Nashville, take Exit 8, turn right off the ramp and take a left onto International Blvd.

So giving directions or other details about the location... I gotcha. We'll consider this for future development, but you're the first to even ask for it.
