Admin is able to issue a pdf (or printable page) event completion certificate based on a formatable template. Admin indicates that a user has completed an event and gives a score (or a short comment) in the backend -> user can then download pdf certificate (can be in an email or available on front-end in user profile/history) including: user name, event name, event details, completion date, score...

Is that possible?
