TOPIC: Group Creation and Joining Group

Ability to all registrants to create a group (team) or join a group during the registration process.

1) Create team/group
2) Ability to join team/group
3) System to verify team/group name so duplicates are not created
4) By pass joining a group and just registering individually
5) Admins would be able to set the size of group
6) Ability to report on how many groups and whos on each group

This feature allows individuals to register themselves faster when critical data is required during the process. The current group feature forces that person to know all the details of each person and then responsible for payment.
