TOPIC: Registration Required or Not Option

I would like to see the component include a check-box in the event creation window that allows the event creator to choose whether or not Registration is required for the event. In addition, much like the Register Now button, I would like to see any event, that does not require registration, to have a "dead button" that states "No Registration Required" or something like that.

I have tried setting the Registration dates in the past but did not like the result. Alternatively, setting the dates to WAY off in the future produced somewhat better results; however, a check-box would make my life a little easier from the Joomla admin perspective.

I, too, would appreciate something like this. At times, it is useful to list an event that is informational - such as a monthly meeting!
