TOPIC: Ability to use Paybox for payments

Paybox offers incredibly competitive pricing for accepting payments in France and Europe. www.paybox.com .

I found a paybox module developed for drupal commerce: http://drupal.org/project/commerce_paybox . The easiest solution is using their precompiled cgi to send the payment information to the paybox server which then takes credit card information. Could anyone help me turn this into a functioning payment system for use with dtregister?
