TOPIC: Move waiting list to confirmed registration

It would be very useful to be able to move \"waiting list\" registrations to the \"confirmed\" list on a selective basis.

I note that the suggested method of handling this (some 5 months ago on the forum) was to email the waitlisted person (not part of the application functionality) and they would then re-register etc. to allow for the entry of payment information.

1. Since we do not charge for our events, this is not an issue for us;
2. As we may want to selectively move people from the waitlist but not change the number of attendees, if we tried the \"re-register\" approach they would be placed on the waitlist again.

This would be a great feature.

Also being able to add individuals to the waitlist from the back end would be a great feature
