TOPIC: Registering Couples and Individuals

Hi all,

I am building a site for a dancing-club and am wondering about two things:

• Is it possbile to register two users at the same time, as a couple. I know about groupregistrations, but there only one is registered, the other person(s) is (/are) not listed via their profile and their userid's are not recorded in the database. This is problematic at the following scenario: a couple dances a year, split up (for many are only dancingpartners) and the one who was registered by the other can't sign up for advanced classes since his/her userid is not recorded in the database and we have "required events" for the advanced classes. Could it be such that you can pick a user (e.g. one from a friends list from CB / JomSocial) to register as a group?
• It would be nice if all dancers could register as couples, but many do not. However in our classes we need a more or less even distribution of followers / leaders (or, classically, female / male). Could we have a smart waitinglist, so that if there are two followers more then leaders, the next follower to register sits on the waiting list, till the balance is restored?
