TOPIC: Selective Drop Down Menu Field

My Application would be a lot simpler if I could limit the number of options in a drop down field.

We have over 70 Clubs to choose from in three areas.
Each Area has a different price, so First you select which Area you are from then we provide you with the appropriate list with all your Clubs. And we get the price.

It works but it is not pretty.
A big list would be better.
We have Area
1 Macau
2 Hong Kong
3 Mongolia
Clubs: Ullunbattar, Peninsular, Gui etc...

On the back end we have three lists now of members from their Clubs. We need to combine these so we can list them together.
Also When we list the Clubs on the Front End we have three Columns of Clubs to deal with not one.

I could make a big list such as :
10 Ullunbattar, 2 Peninsular, 1 Guia ...

If we limited the items in the drop down field to only the Clubs in a Particular Area them the actual Field can hold all of them, and only present the ones available in the area. ( I have programmed this sort of thing before, it was not too bad, not in a Joomla environment though)

I can have a go if I get some pointers.
