TOPIC: Dwolla Payments

Dwolla , if anyone doesn't know is a fairly new payment system similar to paypal with many of the benefits, but without the high fees. Payments under $10 have no fees. Anything over $10 is a flat rate of 25 cents per transaction. Might be a nice payment option to add.

Should be pretty straightforward to add. Though, I don't know how much interest there would be.
