TOPIC: Upgrade of Permissions - read, edit, delete

It would be great in the permissions to also be able to select which users have read only, edit and delete access to records.

For example - I have staff that only need to view and download CSV.
But then I have staff that should exclusively have edit mode and csv.
Then I would only allow admins to be able to delete records completely as well as everything else.
