TOPIC: Model for new event

When sharing the creation of similar events, it would be nice to be able to create model for events that would be used on front end.
1) A model that is common to all users that are entitled to create events, keeping the field and all parameters except date and time for begin, end etc which have to be updated. The user should therefore forced to check as blmank dates are refused.
2) A possibility given to a user to save his own model.
