TOPIC: Registration limits for group registrations

I really need an addition/feature to the group registration, so that you automatically close the registrations for a given event, when a given maximum number of groups is reached.

Now you're only able to set a maximum of registrants. However in some tournaments eg it's the number of groups that counts and NOT necessarily the number of registrants WITHIN these groups.

In sports for instance where you need to register a team of players AS WELL AS the teams substitutes and the number of substitutes can vary!

It is really great that you can set a max. and a min. of registrants witin each group-registration, but it does give some absurd problems when you also have to limit the participation of a given event by a number of groups.

Apart from that I really love DT Register!

At times, I'd like to count and limit the GROUPS that have registered (regardless of how many individuals are in the group).

Is this possible now?

No this has not changed. Event capacities are still based on the total registered, not how many groups.
